Oh for my 4 followers of my beloved blog, I am so sorry I have neglected you! Busy month, finishing 1 grad school class for which I wrote the world's BORING-est paper ever. It took me 4 and a half hours and I was so bored writing it, somehow I got a 100 on it so boring is good, apparently. Mike and I went down Mexico way for my friend Erin's wedding, it was lovely, awesome resort (mucho dinero so we moved across the street to the cheaper one after 2 nights), everyone cried at the wedding...which made Mike uncomfortable because he was born without tear ducts, I'm pretty sure. We got stuck there for a day because of Hurricane Paula, and it may sound wonderful to be "stuck in paradise" but Mike and I are creatures of habit, we much prefer our own environment and by that time we wanted to go home. I needed to go to yoga and eat a salad and not drink any more cervesa and Mike really needed to watch football. Luckily I brought my laptop to do school work so we could do stuff on line, good for Mike because he is the commish of a fantasy football league and god knows he would have had a melt down if he couldn't connect to it. While he did that I watched a movie about some private school girl whose parents sold her to the devil at birth. Here is what I learned from that movie...apparently if you are sold to the devil your life kinda rocks because after she turned 18 and was "given" to like the evil people her life got a lot better. She was valedictorian, she couldn't be killed, she was apparently loaded and umm..her boyfriend was Chace Crawford. I don't know if that's the message we want to be sending to the youth of American but whatever, it entertained me for 2 hours. Now back to reality, its almost Halloween which really means nothing to me except for on Nov 1st when all the candy goes on sale! Score!
